Dr Chanchal Sarin retired as Associate Professor from University of Delhi. She authored seven books on Genetics and Biology besides several articles on research and popular science. She also contributed to some Anthologies including ‘In All The Spaces’, ‘Kali Project’ and ‘Poetica#2’ in 2020. She has been involved in various scientific and welfare organisations for promoting welfare of women and children. She always endeavoured to create interest among students and young generations to serve the community to eliminate ignorance and increase scientific temperament. She is living with her husband in Gurugram. Their daughter and son, both medical doctors are settled in U.K.
