Heba Arafat Sultana (b. November 27, 2009) is a seventh-grade student at NRI Public School, Nahargaon, Hojai, Assam. A budding aspiring poet, Heba wrote her first poem when she was a student of Grade 3. She loves arts and crafts, reciting poetry and dancing Bihu. She has participated in quite a number of recitation and art competitions, winning accolades in both. She also has a passion for public speaking.
