INKDEW Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
At INKDEW, we ensure that every book reaches you with care and in perfect condition.
- For regular (in-stock) orders: Your order will be processed and shipped within 7 business days from the date of purchase.
- For pre-orders: Shipping will begin within 7 days after the official release date of the book. You will receive an update once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier partner’s schedule. Typically, orders are delivered within 3–10 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your package is shipped.
Replacement Policy
We do not offer returns once a book is delivered. However, we do provide replacements in the following cases:
- The book arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors.
- The book received is incorrect (not the one you ordered).
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@inkdew.com with your order ID and a photo/video of the damaged product. Our team will verify and process the replacement promptly.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you make the payment. Occasionally, INKDEW offers free shipping on promotional events or for specific order values.
International Shipping
International shipping is available for select titles. Delivery times and charges may vary by country. Customs duties, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
